- Discussion of your child's age, temperament, and specific challenges you have had
- Review of what you've already tried
- Education about brain development and screen effects as well as other relevant research
- Resources for continued learning
- Ongoing email support between sessions (package only)

For families navigating screen time, gaming, YouTube, and other tech battles with kids. Walk away with a personalized Digital Wellness Plan. Includes 90-minute specialized consultation + 30-minute follow-up after 30 days.
"First Phone" Program | $500
Is your child ready for their first phone? We'll assess readiness together along with your child, review devices, discuss safety controls, and create your "First Phone Agreement". Includes 90-minute specialized consultation + 30 minute follow-up after 30 days.
Single Session | $300
Have a specific question or issue needing one-time guidance? Schedule a single 50-minute session with Dr. Campbell. Can be held virtually or in-person depending on location (Twin Cities area).
Three-Session Package | $800
- Three 50-minute sessions over 6 weeks

"Guide and Grow" - Parent Group | 8-Week Session | $1000
